Excellent experience, fabulous view and very clean

The view was spectacular, the location was perfect and our overall experience was great! If you are looking for apartment with a view of the pyramids, look no further. Our room faced the pyramids and we were able to sit out at night and see the light show. The rooms was very clean and tidy , pickup transfer from airport was free because we stayed more than 3 nights ,Wifi was fast ,The staff was wonderful and our overall experience was great!

Breathtaking view of the pyramid from window and from the room . Very convenient location. Room is ultra clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous stay and excellent hospitality

Very clean apartment with best view ever for the pyramids of Giza, the unit at the 7 th floor so it give you the best experience and views of the pyramids and Sphinx, the elevator is good and fast , iron and oven available at the apartment, the host Mohamed is vert friendly and helped us to organize out tours with the best tour guide and driver.

Super hospitality , excellent location , amazing view of the pyramids from the window, the bathroom is super clean and the kitchen has what we want , very comfy pillows and beds with daily housekeeping .

Very good place. Friendly staff and clean rooms to stay. The view is perfect, All facilities you need are available, the area around is so nice and vivid a lot of shops and restaurants around ,The staff will help you out with any travel needs as well as book tours with good reliable travel guides. Amazing view of the 3 giza pyramids and sphinx as well.

Disappointing

View from the window is exactly as the from the title and....that's about it. Can't complain from the choice made solely over the photos of the advertisement, but beware of standards! This is a shocking contrast between the offered and the seen in reality.

The environment, the building, the main entrance, the corridor, the transport facilities, the noise, the DIRT...the list can go on so long, but I don't want to insult the owner as for the local standards this is probably a real elite property. But this should not fool you at all

Wonderful view of the Pyramids and excellent furniture and facilities!!

Loved our stay here and perfect for our needs. Checked in after a long day of pyramid tour. View from our room with a balcony was perfectly as described. Room was clean and well air conditioned. Plenty of free water left in our room. Plenty of shower ammenities.

We had a room with Pyramids view. That was the biggest selling point. The room was big. Breakfast was Egyptian and great. Staff was very friendly and approachable

This is not really 4 star hotel. The building is new and the construction is still ongoing. There is no indoor sitting for the breakfast which meant we had sit in the cold. We were promised couple of times that breakfast can be ordered in the room but when the time came they refused. The airport pickup didn't arrive on time. The hotel also doesn't use credit cards. Which 4 star hotel doesn't :( ? In the room, the carpet was wet outside the bathroom. The hot water is hit and miss as well - need to wait 10 min after opening the tap. There was some water leakage under bath tub. No bath towels were present in the room. Whenever we requested additional bath towels, they usually sent us hand towels. The property has wedding receptions on a daily basis. That means there is a loud noise during nights even after midnight. It's very difficult to sleep. The wifi rarely works. There is no room cleaning as well during the entire duration of our stay.

I had to withdraw money from cash machine in the middle of the night in a foreign country in a strange place outside on the street away from the hotel as hotel wouldn't accept card payment
